"When parking the car the bus driver helped with our baggage which made the whole thing so much easier.
Although the temperature was sub zero on our return to Prestwick on the 3 Jan the coach to car park 7 was waiting for us and took us swiftly to our car. Will definitely use again. Thanks"

Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: At the entry barrier, make sure you have your booking details. A member of staff will speak to you through the intercom to confirm your booking details. The member of staff will then give you directions to the correct lane to park. The shuttle bus will then pick you up along that lane.
Departure: You will be picked up at the same point you were dropped off at. On the exit the barrier will be raised by a member of staff.
