- Stress-free Meet and Greet Non-Flexible birmingham airport we used the STRESS FREE car parking service . chauffer was waiting for us at the departure five mins later we are in the airport check in desk ...two weeks later on returning after midnight on a freezing night the car was waiting all warmed up . five mins later we were on the motorway snug as bugs on our way home ..A GREAT SERVICE BY HOLIDAY EXTRAS . will do it again

- Everything was exactly as agreed,a very polite man picked up and returned my car, and although I made a mistake with the return time, thay were very understanding and said it was no problem. Great customer service
Mrs Chapman, 20 Jan 2012 - The car park was suitably positioned - and the procedure for exiting easy - the signage at Birmingham is a bit difficult to see though - not sure whether that's anything you can influence
Miss Moore, 16 Jan 2012 - The Stress Free meet and greet is an excellent service, especially with two small children and a flight that arrives back in the early housrs. Your staff were very efficient and friendly. Would definately use this service again

Miss Gillies, 09 Jan 2012 - It was not easy to find Airparks but the service from them was very good. A bus every 20 minutes on return would be good a half hours wait in the cold is not much of a welcome back but very helpful staff.
