- Stress Free Meet and Greet Called as requested from baggage hall. Had to wait 10/15 mins in car park for car to arrive. Almost same time as bus transfer to on site car park. Very polite staff.

- Airparks The only reason I didn't give full marks is due to the long delays between shuttle buses. On previous journeys they had been much more frequent

We were extremely lucky with the transfers as we did not have to wait long at all for the bus at either end.

- Airparks Our arrival in the early hours of the morning was met with courtesy and efficiency as was the transfer to Birmingham Airport. Our return to the car and its delivery to us, as we had a wheelchair, was swift. Many thanks for your help.

- Airparks my only issue was having to spend 10 minutes resetting my seat and mirrors - not sure these needed to be moved so much for a 200 yard drive by your staff

- Airparks Long long queue for Airparks bus. Not prepared to wait for an hour so had a taxi which cost £14. Will NOT be using them again. Not value for money.
