Good afternoon. We always use Premier at Bristol and have never been disappointed. Booking is easy and when we arrive, our car is recognised and entry and exit is faultless. We did on one occasion park in Silver Zone and when we returned to our car we found that a total stranger had been into our car and moved it, which we were not expecting and I was very angry, so never again.

Despite arriving at 5.20am on a Sunday and expecting it to be quiet, we were amazed to find a huge, snaking, slow-moving queue of people outside the Silverzone Reception, waiting to drop their keys. Fortunately it wasn’t raining at the time. After minutes and realising that progress was very slow, my wife took the bus to the airport in order to get our one suitcase checked in. I continued waiting; although the queue speeded up a little, I was probably there between and minutes in all and was anxious that I might miss the flight. No apology or explanation for the delay was offered. By the time I found my wife in the Departure lounge, our flight had already been called so we went straight to the gate.
On return to the Silverzone on Sunday lunchtime the queue for key collection was the normal length. However, when I requested mine, the lady looking for it was absent for some time, then returned to tell me that the car hadn’t yet been fetched from the storage area and I would have to wait minutes. In point of fact I then had to wait minutes before I got my key. A number of other people were also waiting so this seemed more than a one-off failure. No explanation was offered and the apology was rather half-hearted.
I have booked Silverzone through yourselves many times over the years and have never had a problem. To encounter such problems on both arrival and return is highly unsatisfactory and you should take this review as a formal complaint. I consider that some financial compensation is justified.

I do not like them taking my car keys. When I returned to my car, the clock had been changed the air conditioning was on and the seat moved back.It is nowhere near as efficient as the service provided at Long Stay Car Parks at Gatwick and Heathrow.
