On exciting the carpark our ticket didn't work and the barriers wouldn't go up.I had to get out and sort it out with the attendant who was very helpful and told me that the anpr cameras didn't pick up our number plates on the way in. This would have been a real problem if there was lots of us leaving the same time or if I was in a rush to get home. Please sort this out it's embarrassing if you have to reverse out of a cue of people when everyone wants to get home asap.

I liked your 'new home'! The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The only improvement I would like to see would be that on being given your key, the location would be given on a piece of card or paper. I had to ask two or three times to be sure I had the right location
