Are transfers included?
The Ramada Encore Hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the terminal, so transfers are not necessary.
Is breakfast included?
A full English breakfast is included in the room price, served from 7am to 10am, so you can leave for your flight feeling full and with plenty of energy for the holiday ahead.
What facilities are in the rooms?
Each room in the Ramada Encore Hotel has a power shower, hairdryer, internet access, television with pay per view movies, air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.
What is check in and check out of the hotel?
Check in time for the Ramada Encore is 2pm and check out at 11am. If you would like to check in early or check out late, please arrange this directly with the hotel.
What facilities are there for disabled guests?
There are a number of fully adapted rooms at the Ramada Encore. These have en-suites suitable for wheelchair users, level access showers, shower seats and grab rails. The rooms also have an emergency cord, lowered light switches and strobe lights. Please contact us if you have specific requirements as rooms are allocated on a request basis.
Is there a restaurant?
Yes, the Ramada Encore has a restaurant called The Hub Bar and Lounge, where you can enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. In the evenings the restaurant serves delicious modern European dishes until 10pm
Can I cancel my hotel booking?
When you book with HolidayExtras.com, you'll have the option to include cancellation protection for just £2.49. Choosing this means you can receive a full refund (excluding the £2.49) if you need to cancel up to 24 hours before your stay date. If you do not include the cancellation protection, you will still be able to cancel up to 24 hours before your stay at a cost of £15 per room, per night.
