- East Midlands Long Stay 3 Immediately after booking my car parking on line realised that I had booked the wrong location. Spoke to a member of customer service team who was extremely obliging resulting in correct location being booked at a cheaper price!!. Excellent customer service.

- Airparks East Midlands Park and Ride everything was as described staff very friendly on return we just missed the bus back but only had to wait 15mins for the next 1 unlike a month previous when on return straight on bus and staight back to car no waiting at all excellent service.

- Everything went very smoothly and there were no problems even though our return flight was diverted which made us late for picking up the car. Thank you.

Mrs Booth, 22 Nov 2011 - Arranged meet and greet. 9pm Dark and cold waiting for own car outside. Airparks ask you to ring after customs so there is a delay. Better to ring sooner to avoid this or to have at least some cover.

o arrival to collect the car we were driving out of the car parh within 10 minutes of collecting our cases.
