Generally everything was fine, we just had to wait about 25mins upon our return for a driver to be available to bring our car round, which at 11pm in NOv was not great

It was very easy to find the car park. The staff were very friendly and efficient. When we returned we had to text to let them know we had landed and the car was ready for us when we arrived back on the bus. We had used that car park before and would not hesitate to use them again

On arriving back to my car we proceeded to the exit barriers but automatic machine did not recognise my prepaid ticket, which was worrying and asked for £165. This caused a delay for other cars behind us. This is not what you want when returning from your holiday. I had to get in touch with the operator who then lifted the barrier after checking my booking details. Obviously there is a problem with this procedure as other users had the same problems which does not making using the parking in future.

Finding how far was disappointing. On arrival I felt that customer service depended on what you looked like as I was disrespectfully directed to park when the lady after me received good customer care including being helpful. On arrival after my holiday customer service was much better.

Not totally. I was "auto-greeted"at the barrier on arrival and issued a ticket to use when exiting. However on our return when I reached the exit barrier, although it obviously recognised my registration and greeted me accordingly it also told me to enter a card to pay the £265 that I owed them!!...not impressed. Sorry. I cannot, however, find any fault with the excellent service that I received from Holiday Extras.

I would have probably scored you a 10 but was a bit disappointed when I tried to exit and was asked to pay £185 when I had already paid my fee in advance. This was rectified but unnecessary.

I had three telecons. The first was not at all helpful. I felt like I was talking to someone who did not know and was not that bothered. He promised to call me back in an hour to make the booking but failed to call at all. I called back and over the next day had to more phone calls (Sushila and another young lady) both excellent and restored credibility. Excellent service in spite of dodgy start with first phone call.
