Getting to and from Birmingham airport
Drive from the hotel to Airparks, where you can hop on one of the blue transfer buses to the airport. Buses run every 25 minutes, 24-hours a day and take just 14 minutes. Transfers are included in the price and you can even use free wifi while you're on board.
Buses operate 24-hours a day, and between 03:00 and 23:55 they run every 25 minutes. Outside of these times, the bus runs when it's needed. The buses lower to the curb to accommodate wheelchair users and so it's easier to get on and off.
Premier Inn address
Great just our car stayed in premier inn as we were told to leave it there for the 2 weeks and it was fine alas the confusion was albeit for staff on our departure thoughMr Naulls (Birmingham Premier Inn)
Simple process, just a postcode for the car park would have been easier asaid it did cause little confusion.Miss Allwood (Birmingham Premier Inn)
Yes, everything was perfect, very comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. Only stayed until early hours as flight to catch.Mrs Warren (Birmingham Premier Inn)
The hotel was slightly difficult to find via the instructions, but did find it by Sat navigation ok,the check in was quite slow and the bed and pillows were much less comfortable than previous premier Inn stays especially in London. The gentleman who did eventually check us in had only just started there and was polite and tried to be accommodating, despite not knowing how the system worked.the journey to and from the car park took an age and the airparks coach seemed to take forever to arrive at arrivals on the return. Will go back to meet and greet next time.Mrs Locker (Birmingham Premier Inn)
We found the Premier In by sat nav. Booking in was easy. bedrooms very comfortable. We left our selves 3hrs to find car park and get into airport and book onto flight.Ms Davies (Birmingham Premier Inn)
Sadly this was not enough time. Firstly on leaving hotel to find car park the sat nav and written instructions were not clear. At 1st roundabout we took the first exit, the next roundabout said 3rd exit which turned out to be an industrial estate IT SHOULD HAVE SAID GO AROUND THE ROUNDAOUT AND HEAD BACK TO THE 1st ROUNDABOUD then TURN LEFT AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS!!!!! we were up and down the whole area trying to work out where to go. after 1hr we headed back to the hotel and saw the blokes in the airparc there who then had to escort us on this 1st bit of the journey. This made us late for car park late for the airport we only just managed to check in. then there were large queues for security, we felt terrible pushing in. the stress was emense. It would have been a good idea to have an update in each hotel to warn passengers that security queues were bad. If only the written instructions had been clear or included a map. Never again well I travel by car to this airport. Up until now I have always use a Train.
