If you're looking to avoid an early-morning drive to the airport, but not spend all of your holiday budget, the Travelodge Hotel - Leeds Bradford Airport is exactly what you need: a comfortable bed for the night that might even have a view of the terminal, it's so close to the airport. The hotel may not have many frills - there's no restaurant, bar or breakfast available - but it does have exactly what you need: a great price. In the morning, just a short walk over to the terminal will find you all the restaurants and facilities you need. Book now and we can guarantee you the lowest price on this package.
We booked the car park and one night stay at the Travel Lodge at Leeds Bradford airport. The only slight issue was that the Sentinel car park did not have my booking, which was a slight concern to me as I had booked it so much in advance. However, luckily the car park took the details from my paperwork, which they said they didn't need, but then they did need to check my booking to park my car. Once that was sorted we got the bus to the airport and walked (a little bit farther than just across the road!) and to the Travel Lodge. The hotel was just right for an overnight stay. It was a relatively short walk to a pub which did meals. Not much choice in the area for hotels or places to eat, but he one's we used did the job just fine.Mr Smith (Leeds Travelodge)
Was not booked in when I arrived but the amazing receptionist found a room for me. I was not too happy with that after a two hour drive. Good otherwise. Sentinel parking is excellentMrs Beckwith (Leeds Travelodge)
Travelodge itself was fine, but the walk to the airport was a little hairy as the paths were icy, so maybe a shuttle bus would be an idea (even though it is not a long walk). Saying that, if you have walking difficulties I think people should be made aware that they have a walk (slightly uphill) to the airportMrs Lodge (Leeds Travelodge)
The service by Sentimal car parking was superb, the best we have ever experienced. They took us to the hotel, rather than dropping us at the airport, as were staying the night.Mrs Calverley (Leeds Travelodge)
However, I was less than happy with our choice of hotel, Travel Lodge at Leeds / Bradford Airport. The description says that's its 'opposite the Terminal building.' This is stretching it a bit, as there's the car parks, bus stops, taxi ranks on the airport grounds and a road in between! I also read tha I could get a meal at the airport; no way, not 'Landside.' We took a bus to Yeadon, where we found a'Beefeater,' and a taxi back, which cost £4.10- the bus journey cost more. The following morning, it took 10 mins to walk to the terminal building.
Sentinel car park at Leeds/Bradford was fantastic and everything was organised through holiday extras, very easyMr Butler (Leeds Travelodge)
