Not only will this save you money, it will also save you time and hassle, as once you arrive at the hotel you needn't get behind the wheel again until you return from your holiday.

Just park at the hotel - simple as that!

Stanhill Court offers guests the option to leave their car at the hotel for the duration of their holiday. The car park is secluded and well looked after, and all you need do is visit reception before parking your car. Once you have offloaded your luggage the receptionist will issue a parking ticket, which must be displayed in your window at all times. The receptionist will also advise which area of the car park to use. Your vehicle will not be moved, except in emergency situations. Guests are reminded that vehicles and their contents are left entirely at their own risk.

To get to either terminal of Gatwick airport for your flight, just ask the hotel to book you a taxi for whatever time suits you best. You will be charged a flat fee of £17.50, though if you have extra luggage or are in a larger group you may need an 6-seater for £25 each way, and an 8-seater for £30 each way. The journey takes about 10 minutes to the North terminal and a little longer to the South, but be sure to allow plenty of time to check in for your flight as traffic conditions vary.
