Renaissance with Blue Circle Meet & Greet

On the day of your stay

Make your way to the hotel. Directions and a postcode for satnavs will be on your confirmation. Overnight parking is included in the price.

Getting to the airport from the hotel

When you're 15 to 20 minutes away from the airport give the car park a call to let them know you're on your way. Make sure you arrive between 4am and midnight - outside of these times there's a £50 charge.

Head to the designated Blue Circle desk in the Short Stay car park where friendly chauffeurs will be waiting to take your car. Give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.

From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.

Coming home

Once you've collected your luggage, call Blue Circle on the number you were given, then make your way to the same place you dropped off your car.

You'll have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your car has been returned to you. Any longer than 15 minutes and you'll need to pay extra when you leave the car park.
