Small, but perfectly-formed bedrooms
Although the Ibis is a budget hotel, its bedrooms, if a little characterless, are fitted out with modern, stylish furnishings and decorated in light, crisp colours. Plus all of them are air conditioned, double glazed and have a blackout blind, which make for a decent night's sleep.
The rooms may not look like much, but they've got everything you could possibly need during your short stay: a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, wifi, a clothes-hanging area, tea and coffee, a hair dryer, extra pillows, a desk and a chair. For £9.99, you can also take advantage of an in-room entertainment deal, which includes 24-hour wifi access and access to Ibis' movie and music vault.
There are seven different room configurations for you to choose from: twin or double rooms, both with a shower or a shower over a bath; double room can have a sofa bed and a shower. There are connecting family rooms, and a limited number of disabled bedrooms, which have a wet room. All newly-refurbished bedrooms have a shower cubicle and offer more space than those with a bath. You can request one of the new rooms when you make your booking, but it isn't guaranteed. All bathrooms are equipped with a bar of soap and a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser.
Yes but It was quite a long walk to the pick up point and had it been raining we would have got wet as there ws no where to shelterMrs Glauert (Luton Ibis)
We were disappointed with our booking with you as it was. It made clear when we booked that the parking was not on site near the ibis hotel but a mins drive away. We booked it thinking it was all local. When we checked into the hotel we were told by reception that a lot of people have the same problem when booking with you. Ibis had parking on site that we could have parked with which was nearer to he airport. Next time I'm more likely to book direct with ibis for easeMiss Elander (Luton Ibis)
When we arrived we were checked in straight away. Which I was very happy about after travelling for a long period of time with a baby.Miss Maclaren (Luton Ibis)
But when we got into our room. Their was no cot. After booking one in.
So we then went downstairs and spoke to the member of staff who handed us a travel cot. Which was then broken. So we then had to go and speak to them again.
At the start of the holiday the parking coupon didn't work and the bus driver was less than helpful but it was still a good service and I would use it againMr Dickson (Luton Ibis)
We were most satisfied with both accomodation and parking facilities./Our many years of service with you bares testomy to that fact and will continue, thank youMr Harrison (Luton Ibis)
