Dining

There's one thing you must do when you're dining at the Express by Holiday Inn Stansted - leave room for dessert.
The menu features light bites, pasta dishes, pizzas, fish and chips, curries, salads, burgers and steaks. So you might start with potato skins filled with cheese and bacon, followed by spinach and mascarpone lasagne - or maybe you'd prefer gourmet sausages and mash in an onion and red wine gravy with cauliflower, carrots and baby corn? The menu can change, but whatever you choose, leave a little room for ice cream brownie cake.
Dinner is served from 6pm to 10pm every day in the Great Room, an informal bar and lounge area which has free wifi access. You place your order at the bar.
The bar area is open all day. A few snacks, such as pizzas and sandwiches, are available between 10am and 5pm. After dinner a snack menu is available until 1am.
Continental breakfast is served from 6am to 10am and is free. Cereals, juice, tea and coffee are available from 4am.
