  • Holiday Inn Express Stansted with breakfast Considering the amount of money that I have paid to stay at the Stansted Hotel and leave my car there (£110) I think it petty and opportunistic to have to pay a further £2.00 each way for the shuttle bus to the airport. I was not entirely happy with the quality of English spoken by the hotel staff.

  • Holiday Inn Express Stansted with breakfast the hotel was presented well and the rooms were to a high standard, I would book again the car park facility was great, just thought the drink prices were too expensive

  • Holiday Inn Express Stansted with breakfast The Hotel was generally good however we were not allocated the room we booked. I booked a Quad room and was allocated a room for 2 persons. The room we eventually got was no bigger than the room allocated originally and did not have sufficient facilities for 4 people. We just made do and got on with it.

  • Holiday Inn Express Stansted with breakfast We booked a triple room for the night, the room was clean, beds comfortable. Had a light meal in restaurant good and didn't have to wait long, the continental breakfast was plentiful.

  • Holiday Inn Express Stansted with breakfast I would have preferred the second bed not to be a sofa bed but other than that I have no complaints. The breakfast was surprisingly good for an English continental breakfast. I would certainly stay again.

  • Holiday Inn Express Stansted with breakfast We have on many previous occasions stayed at your hotel and had no problems but this last time was very disappointing. We booked a family room and was given such but the sofa bed provided was broken and had no support in it whatsoever. I spent my whole night trying not to fall into the middle of the sofa-bed. Needless to say I did not have any sleep that night. And with an early start it really was not to start of the holidays we dreamed of. We did on checking out complain to the reception about the sofa-bed. It was no point during the evening to complain as we were told when we checked in that there were no spare rooms at all, the hotel was totally full. As in the past we have had no problem we would consider booking again but if you fail another time we will have to consider alternatives.
