• No.1 Stansted at Gate 16 I've used VIP lounges many times and was disappointed this time. The soup cauldron was empty and I was told I could have some if I paid £3 extra. Then the barman accidentally tipped a whole tray of drinks over my daugter in law when serving drinks. He apologised immediately but never made any offer to pay the cost.
