Birmingham Airparks Transfers

Transfers run every 25 minutes, 24 hours a day and take just 13 minutes to reach the terminal.
You should normally allow 50 minutes to check in and transfer to the airport. During the morning and afternoon, it can get very busy - you should allow more time to compensate for any traffic delays. Additional time may be needed should a major exhibition be on at the National Exhibition Centre. If you're concerned you can check on www.necgroup.co.uk.

Please note:
Park & Ride customers will be unable to take oversized items onto the transfer buses (skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or anything as large/larger than these items). To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to Airparks. If not, a one-way Meet & Greet service can be booked on arrival at the car park.

Disabled facilities: All Airparks buses have disabled access.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

Arrival: Park in one of the arrivals bays and head to reception to check in. You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Airparks staff will park your car for you so you can catch the transfer bus to the airport, so you'll need to leave your car keys with reception.

Departure: On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our regular bus service will transfer you back to the car park.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.
