The transfer to terminal 5 should have been 'on demand', however we sat on the bus for over 10 minutes. Return from Term 5, purple bus at the bus stop but had to wait for a grey bus.

I did not know I would have to drop off my keys, although I noticed this was in the small print after I arrived at the carpark. I prefer to keep my car keys on me. The driver that took me to the terminal was so aggressive in his driving that I now have a massive bruise on my arm. I was told to ring purple parking when I left the plane, which I did and someone would be waiting for me at the bus stop to take me back to the carpark. They were not. I had to ring them again and I was told I would have to wait ten miutes for the next pick up. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. This was not a business class service.

Everything was extremely easy, we used the travel directions to get to the off airport parking, no hitches. Were transferred to the airport promptly and; on our return the car was waiting for us to drive away from the airport. All in all an excellent and pain free experience.

There was no record of my booking when I arrived at airport to drop off my car. I called the number provided on return who then did not recognise my reference number. When picked up by the bus the driver did not recognise the reference number either, and I then found that me car had been parked in the long stay car park and so I had quite s long transfer time to my car.

waited 50 minutes for bus to arrive in the freezing cold. Not fun. When I phoned I was told it was on way I was clearly lied to. If they had said it was going to be that long we could have waited in the warm.

I had to drop the key, which it was not mention on the email I received. I had to go to terminal 4, I had to wait for over 20 mins and then they forgot to tell the me when the bus arrived and almost lost it. It took over 40 mins from when I drove in to get to the terminal.

Booking was easy and smooth. Parking experience as described. About the car park itself: ++ secure + quick and easy check-in/check-out procedures - quite far from terminal so for next time I would consider the long stay car park; it may not be secure, but in terms of bus service there is barely any difference - at long stay car park buses run every 5-10 minutes, at purple park buses run as soon as you arrive but one must wait for other customers on departure, and on arrival one has to call the bus and even if called on time there is likely to be a 5 minute wait -- They changed the position of my seat, and the air-con settings, which I found annoying considering that they only have to move the car for a few metres Would book again with HE, maybe not the same product

Directions to Purple parking were clear. Check in time could not have been any quicker and we were in the bus en-route to the airport within minutes of dropping our car off. Nice have a phone number included as part of the documentation - just in case things went wrong. On our return - which was 2 hours earlier than advertised owing to re-scheduling a quick call and our car was ready and waiting. Waited at the bus stop son less than 3 minutes. Having said that price was a key decider in our decision to park with you

Staff upon arrival were friendly and welcoming. However, the return was not. After waiting on the phone on hold for 5 minutes, I finally got through. I then had to wait a further 25 minutes at the bus stop for a bus. I don't class this as "business" level service. Hence I would not be using them again nor recommending them to anyone else.

When using BUSINESS parking in the past Purple Parking have used Bath Road, only 5 minutes away. This time, despite my being told this was correct for my booking, when we returned from Australia to collect the car we were taken to their Ealing car park, 20 minutes away, and waited 30 minutes to be collected at Heathrow. We were not pleased. We had been misinformed by PP. Only after the booking was made did the small print in the confirmation state that Ealing was the collection point. I wouldn't have booked it had I been given this information in the first place.

I regularly book my parking at several airports with Holday Extras because of the smooth online process and value. I have used Purple Parking at Heathrow before and return because they are very reliable and competitively priced. The staff are always helpful and the whole process runs very efficiently and I have rarely had to wait more than a couple of minutes for transport to and from the terminal and the timings given for the journey are pretty accurate. I would happily recommend both Holiday Extras and Purple Parking to others.

Check in car and transport to terminal 5 was very efficient, it too only 10 minutes. Pick up from Terminal at 11.30 pm was delayed and had to make 2nd phone call. Overall it was good and will use it in future again as price was reasonable.

Excellent service great value only issue is the time you have to wait to get picked up we rang as we landed and still had to wait 20 minutes, but that is only a small issue the rest was as always excellent the people and the parking is a 10/10.
