Yes very, I inadvertently left my wallet in my car and when I arrived at the airport my van driver rung the car park staff and a driver was dispatched with my wallet to bring it to me!!

I was very happy with the way my car was handed over at the airport but the time taken to collect us from the airport in return and the getting to my car was far too long. Well over an hour. Poor organisation at the Purple psrking depot left the minibus queuing with client cars arriving for over 20 minutes.

Maybe you could have an app that allows the customer to follow the buses journey to the pick up. This will help the customer know when it is arriving and it keeps you interacting with your customer

I took out cancellation insurance but the terms weren't clearly visible on any confirmation emails and when I tried to cancel I was told I couldn't and I'd need to claim through my travel insurance - which incidentally I couldn't do.

Extremely helpful Sikh gentleman at car park. Flight changed at last minute due to weather and I arrived at terminal 4 instead of terminal 3 as planned. I then waited in the cold for over an hour for my car to be delivered. I have been a regular customer but am now considering alternative parking services.

All okay.Though the driver of the purple van to another parking site didn't seem to know that the silver site (ours) was to be picked up from the same bus stop 24. He tried to tell us we were at the wrong stop waiting for the minibus.A little confusing!

I am not sure why you would bother paying extra for purple parking business-save your money and choose normal purple parking. We rang the carpark as we left the aeroplane as advised and waited 20 mins for our bus to pick us up and a further 20 for other people from different flights!

Even though the actual car parking was ok, we were led to believe that the minibus would leave when we were ready to go, this is not the case we had to wait until the minibus was full even though we were a group of four. When we returned we phoned as instructed once customs was cleared but still had to wait for half an hour outside for the minibus, when it finally arrived and we asked the driver what the delay was he was extremely rude just shrugging his shoulders and walking away leaving us to load our own luggage in to the trail or along with another passenger, he then leant against a barrier for another ten minutes, when nobody else arrived he slammed the minibus door so hard my wife nearly jumped out of her skin. When we got back to the car park and his employers could see, he proceeded to unload all of the suitcases he would not have anything to do with loading!!!!!!!!

I waited 45 minutes for a bus collection on my return which is unacceptable. I was told to ring when off the plane which I did and got to the bus stop 10 minutes later. After 15 minutes I rang again and was told I had missed the previous bus and there would be another within 10 minutes. 25 minutes later the bus finally arrived and was then told we had to wait for other passengers which took another 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable!

Ok,we booked Businesss Parking Express, great dropping car off but when getting on bus to go and collect car, there are 2 buses to choose from. Normal Purple Parking bus & Purple Parking Business, both going to different locations....even the drivers of both buses didnt know which one we should get on.

Drop off was fine but when we returned after a 12 hour flight pick up was painful and the staff - driver and person on the phone were not friendly or helpful or considerate. We waited nearly 50 mins despite following the call instructions for immediate pick up, which was the point of paying for business parking. Will book onsite parking next time.

Very long time for call centre to answer on arrival at Heathrow. Also had to wait 25 minutes for a bus. We were quick through passport control and getting our luggage. From landing to driving away in our car was one and a half hours - too long.

Leaving the car at Purple Parking Business went very well, but when we arrived back (very tired from an overnight flight) it took a long time for them to answer the phone to tell them we had landed and then when we went to the designated bus stop no coach arrived to pick us up. Luckily an ordinary (not business) PP coach arrived and took pity on us and took us to the business parking area. Purple Parking needs to improve its pick-up arrangements or they will lose customers.

Only one fault, I had an extra days charges as the flight said it returned on Friday 13th, but it didn't arrive back at Heathrow until Saturday 14th morning. Even though i put the flight numbers in the booking form.

Great service, and bus ready to meet us as we left the terminal. We just thought that for a car park servicing Terminal 5, it seemed to be located a long way away from that terminal.

No Purple parking experience was pretty poor to say the least. Waited at least 25 mins each end for the transfer, which is advertised as being every 5 mins. Fortunately we arrived with plenty of time otherwise this would have been stressful. However the best part of the experience was left till he end. PUrple parking move your car whilst your away and leave it in a very gloomy area for your collection so you don't notice anything untoward. When I got out of the car, in a well lit area at home I immediately noticed a lovely new 2 foot scratch on the side of my car, which I reported immediately. Purple parking's stick reply that they take no responosibilitt once you've left their facility showed their lack of class. Thanks for the worst parking experience ever. Be very wary of using these people.

Although we have used this car park before, this time they were somewhat disorganised. The driver who asked us which terminal we needed (T5)collected our keys and told us (we believed)to put our luggage in the trailer of the minibus parked on the right and get in. He did not supervise the loading of ours or anybody's luggage, he then proceeded to T3 and then asked us to get off, I reminded him that he had told us to get on the bus, and again said we needed T5, he said he could not go there as having checked with his control he was despatched to collect passengers! I told him this was down to him failing to bother to check the loading, he then suggested we could use the free shuttle train to T5 from T3, this we did, basically as we really had no option due to having to check-in. On return, even though I called from the baggage hall, and was told a 10-15min wait, the bus took 25mins to arrive!
