A chauffeur will do all the work for you, so it's the quickest and easiest option available. Just drive to the Short Stay car park by the terminal and stroll to check-in while your car's parked for you. When you return, it will be brought back to the place you left it, ready for you to drive home.

Arrival at Southampton Meet and Greet

Call 02380 658 223 and select option 2, 20 minutes before you arrive to make sure a driver is waiting for you. Enter the Short Stay car park and follow signs for the Drop off/Pick up area. If you need to take a ticket then do so, but make sure to keep it and hand it to the driver. Park and a uniformed driver will find you. The driver will quickly inspect your car, to confirm any existing damage, then take your keys and park your car for you.
Please have your return flight details and booking confirmation to hand when you meet the driver.

Getting to and from Southampton airport

There's no need to transfer since you'll already be at the airport. It's just a short stroll into the terminal.

On your return to Southampton Meet and Greet

Call 02380 658 223, option 2 when you are ready to collect your car. To leave as soon as possible, call just after you leave the plane. A driver will be waiting with your car where you were met before your holiday and will have a ticket to let you exit the car park. The driver can only wait for you for ten minutes, due to airport restrictions, so don't call until you are ready to leave.

[b]Because this is a special low-price package, once you've made your booking, you can't change it, and you won't be able to get a refund if you need to cancel.

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.

If you get back early, call Maple Manor as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m and is under 2.2m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services and will cost extra for other packages. To see if Maple Manor can take your vehicle, call us on 0800 093 5478.


The meet and great was a waste of time as it tells you to give them 10-15 mins notice but it only takes 5 mins to get your bags so your waiting around and they were late both times. Not great when it's cold, raining and you have an 11mlnth old baby

Staff were polite and helpful. The car was picked up and returned on time.
My only complaint would be the state of the drivers side footwell which was dirty. The car looked as though it had been kept on an open compound and the driver's shoes had made a mess.

I could not get through to their phone line to be picked up. I tried for mins. The chap next to me had rung+ times. Eventually I had to ring your customer service department who connected with them via another number.
I then had to pay for the exit ticket.There were upwards of people waiting for the service. I will never use the service again. It was not the quality of service offered and really feel I should get a refund.
