A hotel that's easy on the wallet

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and excellent-value Heathrow hotel, look no further than the Easy Hotel. You won’t find all the trimmings here but you will find no-frills rooms with comfy beds and plenty of room for two. The hotel is amid rural fields on the outskirts of Harlington, so you can enjoy peace and quiet; plus many of the rooms have bucolic views of the surrounding countryside.

Those who like to keep their car keys while they're away will like Easy Hotel's secured on-site car park, which offers ample parking.

Although there is no restaurant or bar on site, there are several options for eating and drinking nearby. You can walk to the White Heart pub on Harlington High Street in just two minutes, where a menu of pub classics is served daily, and an extensive range of drinks including Fullers real ales are always on tap.

Easy does it

Further along Harlington High Street, you'll find the Harlington Tandoori Indian restaurant and the Flying Egg, which serves sandwiches, drinks and light lunches. The hotel also has a number of takeaway leaflets available in reception including numerous curry houses and pizza delivery places, which will all deliver to the hotel - so you can eat dinner in the comfort of your own room.

The Easy Hotel has a small, free-of-charge gym and immediately outside the hotel grounds is a public children’s playground. There is good wifi signal throughout the hotel, which is available for an additional charge. There are also (chargeable) internet kiosks and two vending machines in reception, which offer hot and cold drinks and basic snacks. Out of the front of the hotel, there is a small seating area which doubles as the hotel’s smoking area.

The word basic does not cover the description of this CELL.However it was clean. Helpful hell no. We turned up at 11am after an overnight from Tampa. I asked if we could go to our room early. Not unless I paid 25pound extra. Room ready but not for you .Disgusting daylight robbery.

Mr Noble (Heathrow easyHotel)

We requested a bus pick up for Heathrow when we arrived. Which was confirmed by the receptionist. In the morning when we got to reception the receptionist asked if all was ok and asked if we had a taxi booked. Said no as we were booked on the shuttle bus, he checked his records and we were not booked in. So he quickly phoned them and luckily he was in time to get us picked up on the bus we had asked for. Facilities were as described. The Morning receptionest was very helpful, not so much the evening one.

Mrs Burrell (Heathrow easyHotel)

It was very basic but I suppose you get what you pay for, I had to ask for a hair dryer and they didn't have one and I asked if they had a ny cutlery but they had nothing, I was very very cold in the room and I payed for internet for 24 hours but had to keep going to reception for new codes as it kept disconnecting apart from this it was ok

Miss Morgan (Heathrow easyHotel)

The hotel staff where helpful, and they where happy to book me an early hopper bus back to Hearthrow the next morning.
The hotel did the job.

Mr Glover (Heathrow easyHotel)

Easy hotel Heathrow was very cheap however don't let that put you off. Yes it was fairly basic but it was clean comfy bed all you need for a pre flight night. Requested a taxi to collect us at 7 am which arrived promptly. Checking in and out very easy would use again

We recommend the Easy Hotel for:

The budget conscious - The Easy Hotel is one of the cheapest hotels at Heathrow airport; ideal if you're watching the pennies, or just want to save them for your holiday!

Parking - The Easy Hotel is popular with guests who are looking to park their car for the whole of their holiday. The package price is very reasonable and you can keep your keys while you're away.

Peace and quiet - The hotel is only 15 minutes (maximum) from all Heathrow terminals, but it stands at the end of a quiet, residential road, and is surrounded by countryside, so you can be sure of a quiet night's sleep.

Arrival at the easyHotel

You can check-in from 3pm. When you arrive, use the intercom to get in. When you check-in you'll be given your room key, which also lets you through the main door. If you're parking overnight at the hotel, it costs £8. You can book this through us in advance.
Here are your directions:
By car:
Leave the M4 at junction 4 and take the airport access road.
At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A4 Bath Road. At the Harlington Corner traffic lights turn left onto the A437 Harlington High Street, then turn right into Brickfield Lane. The hotel is at the bottom of the road.
By public transport:
You can book a taxi to any of the terminals 24 hours a day, just speak to the hotel's reception. The taxi will cost from £7 to £16.50, depending on the size of the vehicle and the terminal you're going to, plus an extra £2.90 for the drop-off.
Alternatively, you can take the Heathrow Hoppa bus from the hotel to the terminals 2 and 3 and back - it runs regularly during the airport's opening hours. When bought in advance, tickets cost £4.50 per person one way and £8 return. They cost £5 for a single and £9 return if purchased from the driver on the day. Up to two children under 15 can travel free with a paying adult.

The Hoppa service runs from terminals 2 and 3 every 40 minutes from 04:17 to 23:42.You may need to catch a free train between terminals, depending on where you are travelling from, so leave plenty of time. When you arrive at the hotel, you'll need to go to reception to arrange for the hoppa to pick you up the next day.

Checking Out

The bus does not stop unless requested, so you will need to ask the hotel to call the bus for you.

There's also the opt ion of getting London bus 140, which is cheaper at just £2.40 per person; it will have less space for luggage though, and doesn't pick up right outside the hotel entrance like the Hoppa. The bus runs 24 hours a day, every 10 to 15 minutes.
