Before Arriving at Gatwick

Before you head off to collect your passengers, save yourself any last-minute stress and find out which Gatwick terminal their flight is arriving into. If they haven't told you these details in advance, you'll be able to find this information on the airline's website or on the official Gatwick Arrivals page.

Top Tip

Have you thought about the dreaded D word: Delays? If you're on Pick Up duty it's definitely something worth keeping in mind. To reduce the risk of you arriving at the airport, only to find out your loved one's flight has been delayed, which then disrupts all your plans, we highly recommend using a flight tracking website, such as Flightradar24. You'll be able to track planes in real-time and see live predicted arrival times, helping you to plan like a pro and avoid lengthy waiting times.

Gatwick Arrivals North Terminal

From the direction of London or Brighton, exit the M23 at Junction 9 and follow signs for Gatwick Airport. At the following roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Airport Way, following signs for the North Terminal. Top tip: don't make your way to the North Terminal forecourt as Pick Up parking isn't permitted here. Instead, make your way to either the Short Stay or Long Stay car park (more information below). The Arrivals Hall is situated on the ground floor at the North Terminal.
