Mr Faulkner, 27 Jan 2012 - hotel was very nice, but the registration recognition didnt seem to work when we left car park, it wasnt a problem but could have been smoother.
Mr Simpson, 21 Nov 2011 - the staff were very nice and very helpful, the room was very clean and very warm and cosy, the bedding was crisp and clean and it was a very nice bed. the breakfast was just right to start the day of traveling, thanks to all the staff.

Mr Mcmichael, 28 Oct 2011 - Good deal for hotel and airport parking, nice clean room. on the negative side requested travel cot was not in the room when we arrived at 10pm (did arrive promptly after a call to reception) and breakfast was only mediocre.

Parking was very close to terminal building. Slight problem on exit as machine said we owed £80.00 but was soon sorted out via intercom.
Mr Embleton, 20 Oct 2011 - Overnight stay pre holiday and parking whilst away. All went excellent. No hitches, dropped off and picked up at the airport when needed. Hotel, Crown Plaza, was excellent and so were the staff.
