- Airparks Luton Park and Ride (non-flexible) Overall very good, efficient service we just had a bit of a problem at the exit barrier as we hadn't realised you needed the barcode attached to your key to exit and it didn't tear off easily so we had to stop the car, wand the barcode, still attached to key, and then start the engine again.

- Airparks Luton Meet and Greet Everything was just fine. Went as smoothly as one could hope for. Pain though, that you have to pay for trolleys at Luton.

- Airparks Luton Park and Ride (non-flexible) Really strait forward and easy, the machines are really easy to use, I haves use this service a few time now and it has always run smoothly, might go for the meet and greet next time!

- Airparks Luton Park and Ride (non-flexible) Airparks at Luton as always were helpful and efficient. Quite a long queue at the return bus stop but driver was really good at making sure everyone got on and luggage was stored to the maximum capacity. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

- Luton Mid Term Parking - Last-minute offer Everything was as discribed and went smoothly exept the barrier on exit the barrier didn't read my card properly and I had to return to customer services. If this had worked I would have given 10. would certainly recommend to family and friends.

- Luton Long Term Parking - Advance Saver offer My sat nav couldn't find the car park even though I had put in the address as instructed, so I found myself driving around a lot trying to find Presidents Way. My ticket wouldn't let me out but the staff did.

Mr Watts, 20 May 2012 - Well explained process, good quality facilities. Had a little trouble locating the shuttle bus stop when arriving back to the airport, but that is the airport's problem.
Mr Scott, 20 May 2012 - Used Stress Free Parking at Luton Airport. Service was prompt, polite and easy to use. We had a little trouble finding the meeting place, but a quick phone call to Stress Free sorted that out. Will use again.

Mr Peterfi, 17 May 2012 - very helpful; my battery was flat when I returned (due to a loose connection)and a tyre was a bit low, soon resolved with the help of the staff who are very friendly. I think I must of left my car there about 5-6 times.
