Enjoy a tipple at The Hub bar

The Hub is the hotel’s main bar – and it’s a great place to kick off your holiday in style. Warm-coloured walls and the buzz of happy holidaymakers allow for a relaxing drink (or two) - whether its a cold beer after lunch or a quick nightcap before bed. Although The Hub is an adults-only bar, the adjacent open-plan TV lounge has heaps of comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot for families or groups of friends.

As you'd expect, the generously stocked bar offers all the typical soft drinks: coke, lemonade, mineral water and fruit juices. You can also pick up a Starbucks coffee or tea to drink in or to take away in the morning.

We think there's no better way to relax the evening before you fly than with a smooth glass of wine or a cold beer or cider: Beck's Vier, Stella Artois, Boddingtons, Guinness and Symonds are on tap. With bottled beers, ales and ciders such as Budweiser, Heineken, Newcastle Brown, Peroni and Bulmer, you’re sure not to be thirsty for long.

For the connoisseurs, there's a wine list longer than your arm, as well as a range of spirits, liqueurs and whiskies.

The Hub

  • Open 7am to 1am - food served until 11pm

Continuing with Traders' best-of-British theme, The Hub serves up a selection of deli-style sandwiches with a choice of breads and fillings. Pick from roast beef and horseradish, egg mayonnaise, prawns, cured ham and mature cheddar and salad. If you’re after something a bit more substantial, hearty burgers, steak, lasagna, and curry dishes are sure to fill you up.

Before you fly, you can fuel up on the buffet-style breakfast to get you through the busy day. The Hub serves classic breakfast butty fillings such as Cumberland sausage, back bacon, fried egg and grilled mushrooms. If you fancy something lighter, simply enjoy a couple of slices of toast with jam or marmalade. Wash it down with a tea or coffee and you're ready to go!
