Everything was fine. Only stayed for one night prior to a flight early the next morning. Had no complaints and surprisingly quiet considering being so close to Gatwick.Mr Kennison, 17 Jun, 2015 (5 out of 5)
Just as described. Helpful and friendly staff in hotel. No problems at all. Centrally situated hotel so 1 minute walk to many restaurants. Only downside was there was not a lift if you have very heavy suitcasesMrs Dally, 16 Jun, 2015 (5 out of 5)

We have used the Holiday Inn at Gatwick quite a few times and always found it to be excellent. Staff in reception and restaurent very friendly and room very comfortable. With up to 15 days car pasking on site, very good value for money.Mr Chapman, 08 Feb, 2015 (5 out of 5)
Very good rooms--careful parking arrangement--very helpful on our return when it was very cold and we had been ill. Having car at front on arrival day would improve this arrangement--bus stop a long way from entrance to terminal!!!!!Mr Richardson, 07 Jan, 2015 (5 out of 5)
All bedrooms are soundproofed and have double-glazed windows with blackout blinds to ensure you wont be disturbed. Climate control allows you to set the room's temperature to your preference for a great nights sleep. Plus the choice of pillows soft or firm mean that the only reason for a sleepless night will be the feeling of pre-holiday excitement.
Unlike a lot of newly-built hotels, all bathrooms at the Holiday Inn have a full-size bath and a shower, as well as hand-soap, shower gel and shampoo. Larger Executive rooms come with nice touches such as luxury branded toiletries, large towels, bathrobes and slippers. Mineral water, an iron and ironing board and a safe are also included in the upgrade.
The hotel has four disabled rooms, which have accessible washrooms and low-level toilets and basins. Induction loops and vibrating pillows are available from reception. The restaurant can provide menus in larger print if you need them.
High-speed wifi reaches all rooms and you can stay connected for 24 hours for £16, or four hours costs £10. There's also a direct-dial telephone with voicemail.
