IT WAS FINE EXCEPT THAT WE WERE TOLD TO RING AS SOON AS THE PLANE LANDED AND THEY SAID A BUS WOULD BE THERE IN 5-10 MINS BUT IT THEN TOOK US AGES TO GET THROUGH PASSPORT CONTROL AND LUGGAGE COLLECTION. FORTUNATELY WE SAW A PURPLE PARKING BUS JUST LEAVING SO WE WAVED IT DOWN AND IT TOOK US SMOOTHLY BACK TO OUR CAR.

Checking in was easy and waiting time to catch outbound flight was minimal. The return pick up was bad. On quoting the reference number we were told it had expired and after giving the car registration told to go to pick up point 17. Fortunately when traveling out i had asked the driver which pick up to use on return and had been told 21. after waiting at 17 I asked a Purple Parking driver which point to use and was told 21 and the next pick up would be ours. When we could not get on the next arriving pick up I rang again and was told no vehicle had been sent. I told them that another lady had been waiting for 35 minutes the response was her transport was on it's way and we could use it.Having rung when we landed it was almost 1 hour 15 mins before we finally got to the car.

Was not as advertised/ discribed on website. Is the furthest car park away from the airport and the transfers take a lot longer then discribed. It sounds as though as soon as you arrive you will be taken by mini bus to airport but you are not you have to wait until more people arrive so you cannot just get straight off delaying you to the airport. When we arrived back and called from the plane to say we needed picking up we still has to wait 10 minutes at the bus stop to be picked up.

It took 30 minutes to pick me up from terminal 5. Despite three calls, no one can tell me what was going on. Man on phone: "I'm on a different site, so I don;t know wahen the bus will be with you." Bus driver when he came: "It's not my fault, I've got here in seven minutes".

Took ages for phone to be answered on return. Took ages for bus to arrive, so much s0 that it was overcrowded. Customer has to sit on the floor. All round, poor.

Phoned 4 times when I arrived back at Heathrow, put on hold for over 5 minutes each time with still no answer, managed to flag the bus down as it was leaving the airport !! If Iam charged for the calls I will be putting in a claim for costs !!!

Directions for turn off to pub not clear, too late . Once you see the pub it's too late to turn take turn off. You need to say which exit to take from the roundabout to reach the pub! We got very lost despite living in the area thirty years ago!

Better signage to direct arriving customers to and around temporary parking, and a better explanation of the process (where and when the the shuttle bus will appear, who to hand car keys to, what to do with various bits of paperwork) at the outbound end would be helpful.

On our return to Terminal 5 I rang the Purple Parking number we had been given and was told to go to bus stop 24. At the bus stop there was a bus being loaded so we gave our luggage to the driver, who was putting luggage in the trailer, and got on the bus. We were then somewhat alarmed to be taken to Southall rather than Bath Road where we had left our car. The driver was not helpful, he told us we had got on the wrong bus, we should have got on a silver bus. How was I supposed to know that? because I had a silver ticket he replied. He then dropped us off at the office and immediately left. We found a very helpful gentleman in the office who apologised and arranged a bus to take us to Bath Road. This was not the best way to arrive home late in the evening. On a separate point, when I picked up the car the driver’s seat had been moved, this is perfectly acceptable as someone had to move the car, however what is not acceptable is that the person who drove it had also messed up the seat memory buttons so I had to spend several minutes finding the right seat position. He, or she, had also put the air-conditioning controls in some odd positions so my wife then spent several minutes as we drove down Bath Road trying to reset them. I do not see the need for any of this as the car was, presumably, only driven for a few minutes by your driver.

I parked at Heathrow business parking believing it to be Purple Business parking....it cost me £168! Your staff at Purple Business Parking were excellent however and took us to the car park we had used after we discovered the error. The booking receipt has no indication of the location of your car park. A map would be very useful .

Most things went very well and can't fault. Only delay we encoutered was on return as calling on getting off the plane tooj ages for the call to be answered and then had to wait for 20 mins at the bus stop

I dropped car off with nearly 50 miles range knowing I would need to fill it up when I got back. I picked the car up with zero miles of range . A phone call revealed the cars are moved from where you park to another location.
