Booked business purple parking because I liked the idea of getting straight on the way to the airport having parked up - unfortunately I and another passenger were kept waiting for 20 mins while the driver looked for other pickups. Once we were underway, it was fine. The return journey was good, driver pulled up as we reached the bus-stop and we left immediately. 8/10 scored simply for the hanging about on the outward journey.

Very efficient service. Only downside was huge traffic jam on road outside purple car park. Took 40 mins to clear to motorway but not actually purple carpark'so fault.

Made a phone call from Italy to make new arrangements to pick car up early as we were coming home a day earlier. Phone message was not passed on to purple parking hence car was not ready when we arrived had to pay £15 taxi fare to get to car and took about an hour before we could get away. Poor service

A long way from the airport. Bus wouldn't leave until more people were on it. In the small print it says you must leave your keys, I didn't see this and would never book parking where my car was to be moved. Transfers are in old and uncomfortable minibuses. It was cheap but I can see why. No idea why they are allowed to use the word 'business' when it's just parking miles away from Heathrow.

Quite a long wait for shuttle bus. When i rang to request bus to collect us i was told the booking ref. i had on my booking confirmation and the one I had on the card I had been given when I dropped off the car before our holiday was not one of theirs. Obviously it was, which was a bit disconcerting. I had to give them my car registration for them to check the had our car.

Good airport parking facility close to Heathrow T5. Seemed very organised and were expecting us at our new time after I called to advise of a changed flight. Didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes when we arrived back after calling soon after landing, as advised. Would certainly use them again when travelling from LHR.
