I need a cot in my room, how can I request one?
Most of our Birmingham airport hotels offer free cots, so you won't have to worry about bringing your own. You can add a cot to your hotel booking through our upgrades page. If a cot is available, you'll see the option in the 'treat me' section. You can also request a cot by calling us on 0800 093 5478, or by emailing us at email@example.com.
Can I request a smoking room at my Birmingham airport hotel?
You can request a smoking room, but we cannot guarantee that one will be available. Some hotels do not offer them, but you can certainly ask for one if the hotel does. Please call on 0800 093 5478 and we'll be happy to help.
Will I get charged a fee to cancel my Birmingham airport hotel booking?
If you haven't taken out our cancellation protection, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15 per room, per night. When you book, you are offered the option of taking out our cancellation protection waiver for just £2.49, which means you'll get your money back if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your stay. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we cannot refund you for the booking, even if you have taken out the cancellation protection, because we will be charged by the hotel. Please be aware that all SuperSaver bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Can I arrive at my Birmingham airport hotel after midnight?
