How can I request an early hotel check-in?
All you need to do is call us free on 0800 093 5478 or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do all we can to assist you.
Can I ask for a smoking room?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee a smoking room will be available as some of our hotels don't offer them. If your hotel does, you are more than welcome to request it.
How do I request a cot in my room?
Simply call us on 0800 093 5478 or drop us an email requesting a cot in your room. The majority of the hotels we offer have free cots meaning you won't have to bring your own with you.
