We know that you may have some questions regarding your current or future booking with a Liverpool airport hotel so we have provided some frequently asked questions that will hopefully solve any queries you have. What Liverpool airport hotels can I book through®?

We offer three different Liverpool airport hotels. The new Hampton by Hilton hotel, the 4-star Crowne Plaza and the 3-star Liverpool airport Holiday Inn Express that is situated on Liverpool John Lennon airport.

Is breakfast included at any of the hotels?

Yes. The Hampton by Hilton offers a complimentary breakfast when you book a room and a free breakfast buffet is provided at the Holiday Inn Express. For the Crowne Plaza Hotel you can add a continental or full English breakfast for an extra charge when you book.

Are there transfers from the hotel to the airport?

Yes. From the Crowne Plaza you can request a transfer that costs £4.50 each way. From the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, transfers are also available on request and only take two minutes. Taxi transfers from £2.50 each way are available from the Holiday Inn Express.

What should I do if I need to cancel my booking?

If you decide for any reason that you need to cancel your Liverpool airport hotel booking, as long as you call 24 hours before your stay, you can receive a full refund. You will have to pay a cancellation charge of £15 per person per night, but you can avoid this by purchasing our Cancellation Charge Waiver when you book. If you think you need to cancel, it’s really simple using our online cancellation service. However, if it’s a last minute cancellation on the day of your stay, you’ll need to ring this number: 0800 0935478.

Do the hotels provide disabled facilities?

Yes. The Holiday Inn Express offers five fully accessible rooms and the Hampton by Hilton also has a great accessible room for disabled customers. The Crowne Plaza Hotel can provide accessible adjoining rooms, perfect for wheelchair users and accompanying carers.

Do the hotels offer parking packages?

Yes. The Crowne Plaza and the Hampton by Hilton can be booked with parking, so your hotel stay and parking arrangements can be made in one. If you don’t need to book parking for your car over your holiday, then the Holiday Express Inn offers room-only deals and the Crowne Plaza and Hampton by Hilton also provide packages without parking.

Are cots available for the rooms?

Yes. You can request a cot for your little one by calling us on 0800 093 5478. The cot will be provided free of charge.
