- Good facilities - a little difficult to access from the A120 but fine. Excellent staff at the hotel. We were delayed for 48 hours and the staff were very understanding and sympathetic, full marks!

- Hotel had good service and parking was convenient and easy to use. Instructions given easy to follow. Holiday extras easy to book via website.

- Everything went smoothly, and the hotel and parking facilities were excellent, as was the proximity to check-in. Staff were very helpful too.

- The hotel was fantastic, the food in the restaurant good, the room very comfortable and taxi transfer very efficient. Our car wasn't moved while it was there for 15 nights and was secure. We will use this hotel again.

- Most things were good but the meal at Holiday Inn Express left a lot to be desired. We didn't complain because we didn't want to spoil the start of our break.

- yes, everything went smoothly. only slight problem was the initial booking for long stay car park did not include care details, so i had to rind to sort out again.

- All very easy after terrible car journey to get to Stansted. Excellent friendly helpful staff at hotel. Superb room, parking arrangement v good.

- We had to park our car in the airport car park then catch a shuttle bus to the airport but then had to get a taxi back to the hotel when we landed then to the car park the next day, if it states hotel parking then you should be parked at the hotel

- Everything was good at hotel and with taxi transfers and everyone very helpful. Took the worry out of possible motorway delays with driving to the airport early in the morning and missing our flight.
