Staff very helpful. Excellent dinner in dining room. Only problem there must have been some oil on back of chair which transferred to my jumper, didn't realise until morning.Facilities very good. Would definitely stay again.Mrs Elkington, 12 Dec, 2017 (5 out of 5)
Excellent service. Arrived, booked in , did paperwork for car and left it there. Went to room, left in morning and flew off ! Collected car 14 days later at hotel and shot off into the night. Lovely !Mr Shaw, 12 Dec, 2017 (5 out of 5)
Easy to find, easy to check in. Lovely comfortable bed. The tap in the sink was in an odd position, far too close to the sink so the water went everywhere.Mrs Williams, 11 Dec, 2017 (5 out of 5)
Hotel was in great location and room we requested was supplied. However we were disappointed that the room smelt heavily of smoke, despite being a non smoking hotel. If we had been staying longer I would have requested a room change.Mr Grace, 10 Dec, 2017 (4 out of 5)
Pleasant hotel. Good value dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was well worth the price paid in advance with Holiday Extras. Close enough to Gatwick North but far enough away to be quiet. Would use it again.Mr Page, 14 Jul, 2017 (5 out of 5)
The convivial Watershed restaurant is a relaxed place for a bite to eat, whether youre after a full a la carte dinner or just a simple light bite. The exposed beams and brick-built fireplace add a touch of character, while the contemporary furniture in classy purple shades and the modern music add a more brasserie-style feel.
Breakfast - Breakfast is served in the Watershed restaurant area. Its a rather basic affair at which guests help themselves to cereals, fruit, white and brown toast. To drink theres self-serve tea and coffee, milk and fruit juice. Some hot dishes are also available from the kitchen, including eggs any way you like them and a full English breakfast.
Dinner - There are several options for dinner at the Watershed. The bar snack menu has everything from pub grub staples such as burgers and ham, egg and chips to hearty jacket potatoes and sandwiches or baguettes, while the restaurant menu can be ordered a la carte or as a table dhote for a fixed-price deal. The table dhote offers three courses, with dishes such as chicken liver pate and baked salmon fillet, while the a la carte selection includes deep fried camembert, chicken supreme and a cracking sirloin steak. Whichever menu you choose your dinner from, orders are taken at the bar.
