• Luton Ibis The hotel was good. Since my last stay, the rooms are much higher standards and all the facilities. I was surprised that IBIS did not have smoking rooms - many hotels still provide that service. Maybe I should give up that terrible habit!!! The restaurant's menu was fine and the service was excellent and prompt.

• Luton Ibis Bad start-coach from car park set off without us; no warning & only 3 other people on coach! Hotel only 600 yds from terminal (yeah!)-didn't say no clear pedestrian route & busy road to cross. Actual hotel & car park was good value, apart from above irritations

• Luton Ibis Everything went according to plan. The hotel was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Relaxing room and nice big tv. We had to get a taxi to and from the airport though as we are disabled and the shuttle stopped too far away.
