Mr Caldwell, 19 May 2012 - Room perhaps just used for those booking through an offer as wasn't as plush as the rest of the hotel. Overall satisfied, great breakfast and hopper bus to airport easy to use and on time.

Mrs Boon, 12 May 2012 - We stayed overnight at The Hilton Heathrow and parked the car there while we were away. The arrangements were absolutley fine including hte shuttle bus to and from Terminal 5.

Mrs Andrews, 08 May 2012 - All was very good except having to struggle from arrivals back up to departure at terminal 5 to get our taxi back to the hotel on our return. They need to be at the arrivals area.
