Courtyard by Marriott hotel The Marriott Courtyard is so convenient to the south terminal- a short walk - but even if you are flying for north terminal use this hotel as there is a free shuttle train to north terminal so you don't need to pay the extra for the hotel bus. We left the car at the hotel and the process was so simple and the car was waiting for us on our return, Excellent thank you.

Holiday Inn Gatwick airport Staff were good. All went smoothly
Rooms were good.
Only problem we really had was the bus trip to north terminal was advertised to take 6 minutes. It in fact took nearly 20 minutes. We waited far too long at other hotels on the way picking up, and had to go via the South terminal

Sofitel hotel We found this the best arrangement for flying from gatwick. Long stay North car park no problem, & Sofitel Hotel perfectly placed for north terminal.The Hotel was so good that we had breakfast there on returning to Gatwick before collecting the car

Sofitel hotel - special advance rate We stayed at the Sofitel hotel at Gatwick Airport, north terminal - Hotel was very good, staff were efficent - only down side was the lift from the car park was out of order so we had to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs.

Sofitel hotel We really enjoyed staying at the Sofitel Gatwick north terminal. It made the start of our holiday run smoothly and with an early 7:15 flight it was ideal to cut out the usual airport run, parking the car and stress of any traffic. We would highly recommend this hotel and felt it was very good value for money as the price also included parking at the north terminal Car park.

Sofitel hotel - special advance rate Excellent location for a pre-flight hotel, adjacent to the north terminal, and only a short (free) shuttle ride from the South Terminal. Park and Fly was seamless, with the car ready and waiting on our return. Only minor gripe would be the high cost of food and drink at the Sofitel, but there are plenty of other options in the terminals.

Arora hotel Excellent service at car parks very helpful Hotel was perfect very courteous staff both in reception and room staff. Only one problem we took shuttle bus to north terminal hoping to catch bus to hotel after waiting for 30 mts we rang hotel to be told there was no bus running bitter old day had we known there was no bus we could have gone by taxi directly to hotel. But could not fault hotel or car park

Holiday Inn Gatwick airport The Holiday Inn at Gatwick was very good and well organised. The only improvement is as follows: we chose the hotel because it was close to the north terminal where we were flying from. The info for the hotel said that we were 5 minutes from the terminal. I was therefore unimpressed when the coach (which cost £3 per person) went to the South terminal first. If we had been short of time and at a different time of day we could have been late.

Sofitel hotel We had to wait 25 minutes for driver with our car upon our return to Gatwick north terminal.This was much longer than our normal experience, it was a Monday afternoon and the terminal was not that busy.We have been using your service for a good number of years , and I would say that the lenght of time from phoning to being met by a driver, either at the Hotel or teminal would , in general, seem to be getting longer.

Copthorne hotel I booked the Copthorne Gatwick for 1 night hotel/parking recently. The staff were very proffessional and helpful. We took the airport bus up to north terminal which was rather a long way around especially coming back which took 25 minutes, for the same price for 2 of us we could have had a taxi which the hotel would have booked for us, and it only takes a few minutes. but will book with Holiday extras again as it is so easy.
