Premier Inn North How convenient was the Premier Inn, north terminal at Gatwick? Well - 2 minutes walk from Premier Inn to the terminal + brilliant convenience from stepping off Gatwick Express. Room was clean, well stocked with coffee, tea etc and probably the most comfortable bed we've slept in (and choice of 'medium' or 'soft' pillows!!) The only thing I can complain about is having to get up at five o' clock to catch the early morning flight!!
Mrs Clifton 20 Jan, 2014 ( out of 5)
Sofitel A great night at the Sofitel Gatwick with carparking left us with a stress free start to our break. The fact it is linked to the north terminal made it even better.
Mr Kinchin 06 Jan, 2014 ( out of 5)
Premier Inn North All went smoothly. Easy to find Premier Inn Gatwick north terminal, across the road and always very pleasant hotel to visit.
Mr Perks 14 Dec, 2013 ( out of 5)
Premier Inn North I stayed at the Premier Inn at the north terminal at Gatwick Airport. After having a 22 hour day I was exhausted. The reception staff very quickly booked me in so I could go to bed. Room was everything they say in the advert. I was one very happy solo lady. Thank you
Ms Midgley 31 Oct, 2013 ( out of 5)
Premier Inn North The hotel couldn't have been placed better for Gatwick north terminal. Easy check in, comfortable room and pleasant reception staff. The bar and restaurant staff were so overstretched they obviously found it impossible to smile or be welcoming. You either need more staff or they need to be trained in how to deal with the public when under pressure.
Mrs Abbott 30 Sep, 2013 ( out of 5)
Menzies Chequers There was no problem with the Menzies Chequers Hotel at Gatwick. The problem was the absolutely hopeless Taxi service both ways between the hotel and the north terminal. Outbound we had to wait 45 minutes for the taxi, though we were assured at frequent intervals it was only 10 minutes away. On the return the wait outside the terminal was even longer. The hotel could not help. This is a totally inadequate service and we will not use this hotel on future occasions. Definitely not the usual service we have had via your organisation over many years.
Dr Venn 24 Sep, 2013 ( out of 5)
Holiday Inn Hotel was good and is close to north terminal. Transfers are advertised as taking 5 minutes but in fact the bus went to South Terminal first so took about 15 minutes.
Mr Barnes 02 Sep, 2013 ( out of 5)
Sofitel Good hotel. Very convientent if traveling from north terminal . Polite and helpful staff
Mrs Clarke 01 Sep, 2013 ( out of 5)
Holiday Inn The outbound journey was fine, rooms were lovely and transport via shuttle bus was fast but on the inbound journey the shuttle bus that picked us up went to the north terminal and 2 other hotels before we were brought back to the Holiday Inn to collect our cars. this took nearly 20 mins ! if we had known this before hand we would have booked a taxi.
Mr Meek 19 Aug, 2013 ( out of 5)
Sofitel Sofitel hotel and parking excellent, exactly as described and Holiday Extras gave the best price, Sofitel a brilliant place to stay if you are flying from gatwick north terminal, so convenient!
Mr/S Mar 28 Jul, 2013 ( out of 5)

Mr Brough 27 Jun, 2013 ( out of 5)
Sofitel The hotel and car park at the north terminal Gatwick was great for a 6.00am flight. Great service would book again.
Mr Horn 27 Jun, 2013 ( out of 5)
Sofitel The fact that the hotel was so close to the north terminal at Gatwick was a great start to our holiday. Our early flight was no problem as we set up our alarm call, and got ready for our 4.10 a.m. check in for the flight. Walking to the north terminal with our luggage was no problem at all. Also, picking the car up at the end of the journey went extremely smoothly - absolutely no issues at all.
Mrs Watson 19 Jun, 2013 ( out of 5)
Courtyard by Marriott Marriot Courtyard at Gatwick was very comfortable with friendly staff. Easy access by bus to the north terminal, but a bit of a trek from where the bus drops off to Departures. Not the fault of Holiday Extras, there is a lack of signs outside the airport to guide you to the correct bus stop for the return journey to the hotel. Everybody was asking bus drivers where to go, not what you want at the end of your journey.
Mr Walker 12 Jun, 2013 ( out of 5)
Courtyard by Marriott For a small fee Maple Manor delivered the car to north terminal. excellent service.
Very impressed withroadrunners who sent test saying taxi on its way with full description and reg number, again message on arrival at hotel extremely impressed as very safe for lone female who would know she was getting into correct vehicle. They deserve a 10+
Mrs Setchell 03 Jun, 2013 ( out of 5)
Sofitel Excellent hotel/parking system at the Sofitel- especially if travelling from the north terminal. Hotel we have used many times before and is still good value.
Mr Kelly 25 May, 2013 ( out of 5)
Airport Inn We could get the hotel bus to the South terminal and did not have to use the link from the north terminal. The National Express bus was late arriving and added another hour to our very long journey. The Nat/express staff were very helpful especially the man at the South Terminal. The Best Western Moat House was first Class.
