  • Business Park Plus Bus service was not as prompt on both delivery and collection as it normally is. The arrival of the new busses seems to have reduced the frequency of the service. I would prefer old busses frequently rather than new busses less so!

  • Business Park Plus Very good assistance from staff. I had to extend the parking period and rang from abroad. Answering staff was very helpful indeed. At the time of extra payment again staf helpfull and polite.

  • Business Park Plus Business plus parking is an excellent service at Heathrow. always have transport available to and from terminal immediately on arrival.

  • Business Park Plus I booked Business Plus Parking with you at Heathrow airport. We found the car park easily and the shuttle bus arrived within minutes. Upon arrival back at HEathrow the shuttle bus was waiting outside the terminal doors and we were in our car on our way home within 30 minutes of landing! Fantastic service and very reasonable price, will definitely use you again!

  • Business Park Plus Business Parking had no record of my payment through you which I had made on the internet the night before. Fortunately I had printed out the details so could establish that I had paid. They suggested that this is not the first time this has happened through bookings through you. Otherwise, the parking arrangements worked like clockwork-very impressed with the service

  • Business Park Plus We waited approximately 2 minutes to be picked up from the carpark and less than a minute on return at terminal 1. Both drivers were helpful and friendly. The carpark was very close to the terminal and overall an excellent, value for money service.

  • Business Park Plus Being picked up from my car to the Terminal on Fri 1st Oct at 3am was excellent, the driver was a very warm, friendly and helpful guy. On the way back from Terminal 1 to my car on Monday afternoon 4th Oct the guy who picked me up was not very friendly.

  • Business Park Plus Excellent service. Very helpful staff. Quick and efficient buses. HOWEVER, the directions and map on the internet is TERRIBLE AND COMPLETELY INACCURATE. This almost made me use a different company. I called the car park and the staff were very helpful
