  • Long Stay All worked well. I used the long stay car parking and was a day late, due to flight delays. I just used my credit card at the exit machine to pay the extra. Very easy and expedient. I'll certainly consider using the car parking facility again, through your services.

  • Long Stay we used Holiday Extra to book our car parking at Heathrow terminal 4 over the Christmas period. We fond the whole system extremely efficient and cost effective.

  • Long Stay Yes went smoothly - only used a car park at heathrow, which didnt have staff untill the bus to the terminal, but the system on entry and exit went well in that it seemed to recognise both the car and that we had paid etc. Bus arrvied in good time at both car park and terminal etc.

  • Long Stay I thought the staff were very helpful and the service excellent, my only thoughts were as a first time user of a long stay car park it wasn't very clear where I should park or if I had an allocated spot I was supposed to use...so ended up having to ask the staff what I was supposed to do.

  • Long Stay The service was excellent! We drove the car into the car park & found a parking space within a minute. We parked the car & the transfer bus arrived within 3 minutes. On our return the bus was waiting at the bus stop & we had return to our car & left the car park within 10 mins. Totally hassle free & exactly how it should be when your travelling. Thank you.
