The only complaint would be the driver that picked us up from the airport didn't move grim his drivers seat at all to help anyone, including elderly people with their luggage at either end of the short trip

Brilliant parking facilities and really helpful staff from the key drop off to the bus transfer driver who lifted our luggage on and off at both Sentinel and airport....Couldnt ask for more!

Very easy. Park the car drop off the keys and in return car is in accessible parking space ready for you Staff friendly and helpful. No waiting around for shuttle bus either.
