Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: Follow signs to terminal two departures, take the right hand lane to the end, and report to our Valet reception is 100 metres diagonally left. There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the airport. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1634.
Departure: Clear customs then call 0207 510 1634. Exit the terminal, turn left to the end of the concourse to our Valet Parking reception.
