Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: Follow signs to departures past the short term car park. Take the second lane on the right. Drive to the far end and report to our reception which is on the right. Park as close as possible. There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport. If you need to contact Heathrow Valet Parking on your day of departure, please call 020 8976 9611.
Departure: After you have cleared Customs, call 020 8976 9611. Come out of the exit doors, following the signs, and your car will be in the lane next to the bus stops.
