Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: Drive to the Valet Parking reception, which is at the far end of the departures forecourt (the upper forecourt) in the lane nearest to the terminal. Park in one of the arrivals bays, then go to reception.
There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport. If you need to contact Valet Parking on the day you are travelling, please call 020 8976 9613.
Departure: After clearing Customs, call 020 8976 9613. Come out of the arrivals building, take the third lane and turn right. Valet Parking reception is at the end on the right.
