Arrival and departure procedures
Arrival: Proceed to the Valet Parking reception, located on the departures forecourt. Park and register at reception.
There is no need to call the car park prior to your arrival however the telephone numbers are 020 8976 9613 for Upper Forecourt Arrivals and 020 8976 9614 for Lower Forecourt Arrivals.
Departure: On arrival, your car will be waiting for you at the Valet Parking reception on the terminal forecourt.
