Treat yourself to something from the fantastic menu at the hotel's restaurant. Savour a starter of black tiger prawns and orange salad with herb vinaigrette, crab 'Marie Rose', wrapped in Scottish smoked salmon, lemon dressing and mixed leaves or Tomato, mozzarella and herb salad with a pesto dressing. To get your taste buds really going one of the mains, Chargrilled rib eye steak 8oz, served with grilled tomato, sauteed mushrooms, hand cut thick chips with a choice of sauces. Roast rump of lamb, with apple fondant potato, slow roasted shallots, fine beans, rosemary and burgundy sauce or spinach and caramelized red onion and red pepper tartlet on a mizper salad, toasted pine kernels and blue cheese vinaigrette. Supplement charges may apply to certain dishes. To top it all off one of the Hiltons exquisite desserts, exotic fruit salad, chocolate profiteroles with a dark chocolate sauce, passion fruit mousse served in a brandy snap basket with a mango coulis for the more savoury English cheese platter with quince jelly, celery, grapes and crackers.
When is the restaurant open?
The Pavilion restaurant is open Monday to Thursday 7pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 6.30pm to 10pm and Sunday 7pm to 9.30pm.
If your just looking for something light the Lounge offers food including Fried calamari and lemon mayonnaise, bruschetta with tomato salsa or hot chicken wings with a blue cheese dip. Treat yourself to a Hilton classic, including caesar salad, with or without chicken, US black Angus beef burger or club sandwich. There is also a selection of sandwiches including mature cheddar cheese and tomato, honey roast ham and dijon mustard or tuna mayonnaise and cucumber, a choice for everyone.
Just a drink?
