The contemporary feel of the standard double room is offset by the cream-and-white colour scheme, making the rooms feel bright and airy, so you’re refreshed before your flight. Like the executive rooms, these include a welcome tray of tea and coffee, an iron and ironing board, laundry service, telephone, trouser press and hairdryer. There’s also ample storage for all your belongings.

Large, double-glazed picture windows give you a view of the hotel’s grounds and dimmer switches allow you to set the lighting to your mood. Turn day into night in an instant by drawing the heavy, black-out curtains and catch your 40 winks in the luxuriously-soft bedding. A large desk area is available for those who need to catch up on work before they fly, and the free tea and coffee means you’ll feel at home as you settle down with a steaming cuppa. Free wifi is only available in the public areas of the hotel; internet to the rooms is via a wired connection, and may be charged, but what better excuse to sever ties from the real world? After all, you are on holiday!

There are 137 rooms at The Aubrey Park Hotel, which come in a variety of sizes including large family rooms for 3 to 4 guests, twin rooms, connecting rooms, standard doubles, and executive doubles. Adapted rooms are also available for those with disabilities, and come as twins or doubles. All rooms come with bright, clean, en suite bathrooms and flatscreen TVs offering movies and music on demand. Rooms have climate control, so you can really turn up the heat!

All went smoothly. The hotel was great. Excellent quality considering its 3 star rating. We really were very happy with it and with Holiday Extras staff.

Problem with parking spaces due to numbers of guests at the hotel. Dealt with effeciently by staff. Otherwise a good experience.

The hotel and facilities were fine. The staff were very polite and helpful. We used the hotel and it's parking for our holiday, flying out from Luton. Whilst there were no issues and the car was fine, the hotel is a £25 taxi ride away from the airport, so that's an additional £50 cost. Next time I would consider staying somewhere closer.

The hotel was comfortable and the man on the desk at check-in was very efficient and helpful. However we booked our return taxi through the hotel on arrival which seemed to be efficient again. (We were due to land late Friday evening and thought the demand for taxis could be high in the area at that time). We gave our flight number as requested and the driver was waiting for us. But he complained that he had been waiting (our flight was delayed but they knew our flight number?!) and although we had been told by both the hotel and holiday extras that the cost would be around £25.00(which I duly had ready), we were charged £41.00 to cover his parking and waiting time costs. This should be made clear in your information so people are aware
