Getting to the airport
The hotel is around a 20-minute drive from the airport and Long Stay car park.
A shuttle bus runs to the airport every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day and the journey is included in the price. It takes 15 minutes.
The postcode for satnavs will be on your booking confirmation.
Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.
Parking
Park overnight at the hotel – it's included in the price.
After your stay, drive to the Long Stay car park, where parking is included for the duration of your trip. It's around a 20-minute drive to the car park from the hotel.
Drive to the barrier and your number plate will be recognised. The entry barrier will lift automatically, so you can drive in and park in any space - you can keep hold of your keys while you're away. Then take the shuttle bus to the airport.

On your return catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from where it dropped you off. Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier which will lift automatically. If it doesn't rise press the intercom button for assistance and quote your reference number.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £23.50 (May-Sept) or £21.50 (Oct-Apr) - these are subject to change.

After collecting your luggage, catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from where it dropped you off. Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier which will lift automatically. If it doesn't rise, press the intercom button for assistance and quote your reference number.
