Everything was fine, the only thing I would say was I felt the receptionist was a bit sharp and abrupt and ignored ne at one point when I was waiting to ask something.

Yes everything went smoothly so far but not home yet as our flight leaves at 5pm tonight. Hiwever, our stay at holiday in express was really good, lovely clean room with large spotless bathroom. Staff were very good, friendly & helpful.

Staff were helpful and organised but hotel very impersonal, ready meal types of food ( quite expensive ), wine overpriced. More of a work/travel based hotel than a pleasant relaxing start to a holiday.

Not got a complaint, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious as I had two children with me 3yrs and 10mths baby. Bus in morning was quick too. Book with holiday extra every year, twice this year and always very helpful and friendly

Everything went very smoothly and even remembered to pack the passports this time thus avoiding a repeat hundred mile dash at 5 in the morning.The staff could not have been more helpful ensuring we had our transfer tickets on the evening before departure. Room was comfortable and breakfast was o k. Will use the service again.

Our return flight to Edinburgh was delayed & we were very late checking in to the hotel. We were a bit anxious about this however the transport to the hotel arrived as arranged and the hotel staff were excellent-the girl on duty even gave us fresh milk for a cuppa.we will be back.

Stayed for one night prior to very early flight the next morning as well as having my car parked for 5 days. I had a lovely big room and there were very helpful staff at reception at all times. I was even give a wine glass for my pre holiday treat in my room that night! Parking then collecting my car was very straightforward too.

Staff very helpful. Unfortunately the lift was out of order which meant using stairs. Staff offered to take baggage upstairs for us. Very good. Well worth the wee bit extra for the reduced hassle of getting to airport on time and not having to worry about traffic delays or breakdowns.

Great start to our holiday. Chose to stay overnight for a very early check-in. Huge family room - 1 double and 2 single beds. Breakfast was even included and available at 5am. Car parked at the hotel while we were away and direct bus link to and from terminal. No problems, no stress.

Good hotel - can't comment on breakfast as we had an early flight. Shuttle service good but took much longer in the morning due to picking up from 8 points in the car park. Overall very happy with hotel although quite expensive
