forgot to ask for 10% of food in resturant at Days Inn as booked through you, and it wasn't prompted by staff.But room very nice and yes staff very helpful.

The hotel at Gatwick is one we have used several times before. The only note to make is that when Getting back to Gatwick after a trip to ring the mini bus service you need to know the old name for the Days Hotel, used to be Skylane as no names have been changed on the phone numbers list at Arrivals bus stops pick up points . So could be confusing.

Directions to hotel weren't foolproof, however once there everything went smoothly and the hotel was better than expected for a 3*. Transfer both ways to airport were excellent, though again the instructions to the hotel bus stops could have been better if it was made clear which floor to exit on! All in all, better than expected for the excellent price paid and would definitely use again.

The mini bus which picked us up from airport on our return took 40 minutes to arrive! And that was after phoning twice. Would never stay at Days Inn Gatwick again.

Everything was great, accomodation, parking, staff were very helpful. The downside was the hotel restaurant/bar, the food was not very good and took a long time to be served even though there were very few customers.
