After booking the wrong location ie Gatwick instead of Heathrow and only realising a few days before travel, I telephoned Holiday Extras and was pleasently surprised at the polite and very efficient help i received in changing my booking. I found the Hotel First Class and the staff very helpful could not have asked for any better service. Your staff were very curtious especially the receptionist who booked me in. Sorry I cannot remember her name but she had a very pleasant matter and is a credit to your organisation

Fab -read about you in the travel section of a national newspaper so thought you were worth a go. Excellent, fast service, and brilliant deal for a no name four star hotel with 15 night parking at Heathrow. Couldn't have negotiated anywhere near as good a deal myself. Have been telling all my friends and will definitely use you again.
