There was a slight mix up with directions but everything was dealt with swiftly. Meet and greet is fantastic - especially after a long haul flight.

No instructions given by Hol Extras. Instructions given by hotel re chauffeur parking were different to purple parking. Had to drive around unfamiliar terminal looking for car park. Was not meet and greet as I've always had. Had to find basement of car park and struggle with luggage from there.on return, had to go to car park again although valet parking was available closer to airport door.

Hotel fantastic 5 minutes away from Terminal 5 didn't eat in the hotel as we went into london would use the hotel again for future travel from Heathrow
