  • Aspire Lounge We have used the lounge at Bristol airport several times over the last few years, this is our local airport and we use it for most of our holidays. Lounge was easy to book via holiday extras. Lounge staff are friendly and helpful and generally book you in quickly. There is a selection of food available, together with hot and cold drinks. A selection of wines and spirits as well as juices and sodas. We arrived just at the end of breakfast being served - so not much left. As my husband is coeliac he must have gluten free food - as there was no more bacon or omelets / eggs left and staff were unwilling to prepare any more my husband was restricted to congealed beans on gluten free toast. We were then told that the chilli con carne was GF, then told it wasn't ( staff seem confused), and that only the rice was GF along with a small selection of salad. He asked for some GF snacks and was given one flapjack. All other food was in plentiful supply - loads of cakes, biscuits and scones etc. It would appear that if you are GF then your choice and quantity of food is restricted otherwise there is plenty to eat. The aircon is very powerful so soon gets a bit cold - the staff will switch it off but then it gets really warm. Very few newspapers available to read.

  • Aspire Lounge A little disappointing really didn’t think it was nearly as good as the lounge in Birmingham airport. Welcome and Staff very good facilities clean. Problems though the toilet was broken which they knew about as they had a motive on it saying they were waiting for parts, bad really as I’m sure they could have got a new seat from somewhere fairly easily. Papers arrived very late and magazines as advertised non existent. Really bad though a staff member stood behind the bar reaches over and gets a slice of bacon to eat whilst stood working, not good at all ! Overall discounted by this lounge.

  • Aspire Lounge The service there was so slow , sometimes the queue to get a drink was 6 to 7 people deep , i asked for some salad and i had to wait 10 minutes , very poor
