Could do with more selection on breakfast items and additional seating/less bookings as became rather crowded. Nice selection of beverages available. Complimentary newspapers were nice too.

It's great to have somewhere to relax and base yourself before your flight, charge your phone etc, we sat in the TV snug area where my daughter watched peppa and I had a glass (or 2!) of wine. Staff were friendly and toilets with baby change were right there which was handy, would suggest maybe slightly wider selection of hot food, maybe normal and veggie chilli? and some 'normal'crisps? Not sure what it'd be like if busy as wouldn't want to sit at the tables/ hard chairs

Ran out of beer straight away and could not replace so no beer.Toilets were disgusting dirty and no toilet roll it was all over the floor .when spoke to member of staff about beer and toilet was told there was cider available not an acceptable response will not use again

very disappointed. where do I start!! tables not cleared, staff standing around talking, when they finally cleared the tables they did not wipe them and as a result the tables were dirty and sticky. Very poor choice of food and as the staff were too busy talking when it ran out they had to be asked several times before they bothered to restock!! toilets were disgusting! we were there mid day and even allowing for constant traffic, the floors and sink and toilet bowl looked as though they had not been cleaned for days. all in all a very disappointing and expensive experience.

I did think it could have been a bit cleaner. One rather rowdy group of men left a lot of mess which wasn't cleared up for while, but it was really good to have the peace and quiet.

Never done a lounge before but this was just what we needed. I am an anxious flyer but being in the lounge takes your mind off everything. Able to eat as little as much as you want, all staff very helpful!

One of the reasons for booking this suit was to entertain my son in the games room whilst we wait. When we arrived there was only one game for the ps4. When I went to get my £10 deposit back for playing the ps4 and to catch my flight someone had taken the keys for the till so I had to wait around whilst they found them. Not very relaxing when I need to be leaving to catch my plane
