I waited over 10 minutes for a cheese plate, then asked a staff member if he could follow up my order, but he didn't get back to me. A few minutes later, I asked a waiter if he could follow up my order, he advised me there was a 30 minute wait for food. It did arrive within the 30 minutes. I felt there were not enough staff to deal with the number of guests.

The Lounge was overbooked. People had to wait outside in the lobby to get in. Poor stuff. Luckily the staff were excellent and seeing that we had two small children found us a table. Inside the lounge is comfortable, but they've cut down on the snacks on offer. If you don't like cake you are screwed. I miss the cheese platter.

Lounge was at capacity and wouldn't have got in without a booking, however due to us being on a European flight and our check in not opening until 2 hours before departure, it cost £100 for a family of 4 to spend 40 minutes in here once you'd navigated security and the gate

Everything was as expected and we were very impressed with the number of staff on duty making sure all facilities were at an acceptable standard - the cleaning team were on the go all the time.

Yes...but could have had a few extra staff as they were very busy. The lounge was comfortable and the food was good. It was however extremely warm in there!

was not impressed with the no 1 lounge, although clean the staff were not friendly and the food portions very small..ie one bacon roll then that's it..you cant have anything else. very miserly, if there had been a big breakfast on offer then fair enough but it was only snacks. Was not impressed and will not recommend or use again

I think the only improvement I would like to see is at breakfast time you were limited to a solitary bacon roll !! Even in the club rooms where I think nothing should be limited !!after all if someone has two rolls they are very unlikely to have anything else !! Response required

Lounge was overcrowded when we arrived although it did quieten down later. Food took over half an hour to come and was cold when it arrived yet the table next to us received their food very quickly and after they had finished the kitchen sent out a duplicate order. One plus was that the toilets were nice and clean but we probably won't use this lounge again.

No info was given when checked in. Found it really crowded and staff slow at serving you with drinks. The food wasn't very good.

It was very busy so we had to go upstairs. there are no announcements and no boards showing delays gates etc. We nearly missed our flight. Selection of food and drink were poor.

There was a huge queue to get in and then when we did eventually manage to get there there were no tables available we were travelling as a party of 6 so had to sit on separate tables - we may as well have sat in the seating area outside for free.

It's was awful and a waste of money, there were no comfy seats to sit in as all other AIRPORT LOUNGES were closed and we spent the whole time listen to disgruntled customers whom could not get in as full to brim. Throughly disappointing

My wife and I have the lounge befoe so impressed then, that we booked for the 9th Jan 2016 without hesitation. Everything on the morning was excellent - facilities and staff were exactly as remember from our last visit.

Very disappointed this year as most tables downstairs were reserved, but empty for the time we were in the lounge. Theres no flight screen upstairs and having yo walk up and down stairs with food! Been doing this for years but definitely consider other options when booking next time! Or reserve a table ourselves which we weren't advised possible.

Coffee machine broken. Only 1 portion of breakfast ' main'( sausage in roll/egg, so bit mean. Food good overall though and staff helpful.

Girl who was on the door was Lovely, all the others just walked around with blank faces , the buffet table , if you can call it that was just awful, we had a cheeseboard off the menu which was nice but far far too minuscule !

The coffee machine in the lounge was not working. For longer transit times the 3 hour time limit in the lounge is not enough.Therefore not such good value.
